ACT is founded and led by André Pellegrini, a Florida licensed General Contractor with a civil engineering background (degree earned in Brazil). American Constructions Trends delivers commercial, industrial and government construction across Central Florida, backed by three decades of documented construction delivery for government and enterprise clients.
